The Chief Executive Officer of GIC-Bhutan Reinsurance Co. Ltd. (GIC Bhutan Re), Kesang Wangdi initiated a key meeting with His Excellency Younten Phuntsho, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, attended by the Chief Underwriting Officer and Head of Reinsurance Department of GICB.
The CEO proposed a technical partnership with the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd. (AICIL) to establish a dedicated forum for enhancing Bhutan’s existing agriculture insurance frameworks.
