IT Dy. Manager – Term of Reference

  1. Should have fair knowledge on corporate network;
  2. Should have good knowledge on networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, etc);
  3. Well experience with network security, including firewalls, IDS/ IPS and VPNs;
  4. Should be able to deploy, configure and administrate firewalls, Router, switch and other network related equipment (FortiGate, CISCO, Rokus, etc.);
  5. Should install (OS), configure and monitor Servers, PC, Laptop, Printers and other Company’s devices;
  6. Should manage services and ensure virus-free environment, in all servers, desktops and laptops being used, in the company.
  7. Should ensure timely management of anti-virus patches and updates.
  8. Day to day monitoring and troubleshooting of Company’s network – LAN and WAN.
  9. Should maintain and monitor all the systems for day to day business.
  10. Should timely update of security patches and firmware of the systems.
  11. Should ensure 99.99% company’s eMail services uptime;
  12. Should monitor Libre NMS daily and troubleshoot and fix the issue if any;
  13. Should troubleshooter and fix end user issues related to PC, Printer, Systems, application, Network, etc.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience

  1. Should have hands on experience on Installation/deployment, configuration and monitoring of network devices, windows and Linux system:
  2. Should have knowledge on Database (SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, etc.);
  3. Should have knowledge on Back up and restoration.
  4. Aggregate;  Minimum of 55% in both plus 2 and Degree

Qualification

Bsc. Computer Science, BIT, BCA, BEIT

Term of References for Head-Facultative (Reinsurance Department):

  1. Analyzing Facultative proposals, verifying the documents & conveying/ accepting/ declining to the brokers within 48 hours in receipt of the email.
  2. Acknowledging Facultative claim intimations & processing claim payment within 72 hours in receipt of complete and final set of documents.
  3. In case of partial payment/imitations verifiying the documents and provide provision for loss.
  4. Facultative & Claim entries, submission of EPI & claim paid reports to GAS Qtrly/ Half & Yearly.
  5. Informing Reinsurers of any larger claims for recoveries.
  6. Following up of emails.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Work Experience: Minimum Seven years in relevant field.
  2. Aggregate: Minimum of 55% in both plus 2 and Degree.
  3. Qualification: General Degree.
