  1. Dully filled GICB JOB APPLICATION FORM (Annexure 4.2)
  2. Academic transcript/Marksheet (Class X)
  3. Copy of valid Professional Driving (PD) License
  4. Citizenship Identity card
  5. Security clearance certificate
  6. Valid Medical Certificate (Six Months)
  7. No objection certificate from parent organization if employed
